entry for @gophercentral.com in safe senders list; yet it goes to

I have an entry for @gophercentral.com in my safe senders list
I have the option selected to only trust mail from my safe senders list; yet
mail from
TheDailyRecipe [[email protected]] goes to junk email. Why ?

Its not in blocked senders, nothing is blocked at domain level

Not that individual address either?
If the "To" address contains another address (than the address configured
for your mail account you receive the message with) add that address to the
Safe Recipients list.

Ah, you're using a Hotmail address. Then you should (also) check your
Hotmail anti-junk settings on-line by logging into the webclient.
