Error: -2147467259

I get the following error when running an Access form. The form runs for a
while, then the below message pops up. The Access Database is linked to SQL
tables.

Error: -2147467259 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][TCP/IP Sockets] SQL
Server does not exist or access denied.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
