Error 3343 is "Unrecognized database format". That's usually indicative of
trying to open a database created in a newer version of Access with an older
version of Access, or of database corruption.
It's unlikely that changing servers, switches or cables will help the
problem (although if it is caused by corruption, fixing any flaky network
components will definitely help prevent additional corruption)
