Error Message: Out of Memory

When I open Outlook 2000 I get the error message "Out of Memory". When I
click OK I get the error message "DAO TableDef or QueryDef not Open". I
click OK and get message 1 again. Click OK and get message 2. This happens
3 times and then everything seems to work okay. I've got plenty of RAM and
plenty of room on my hard drive.

Any suggestions on how to resolve the error messages?

I don't have Outlook 2003 and I don't have PGP installed. The exact error
messages I get are in the quotes of my question and they occur in that exact
sequence each time I open Outlook. My version is Outlook 2000 SP-3.
