I use document management system where we save Outlook MSG files. We run on
Microsoft Windows Terminal Server. Outlook 2003. Office 2003 recently
patched to SP3.
Recently, we started getting this error when opening MSG files with Outlook,
saved after a recent date:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Can't open file: <File and path
name> The file may note exist, you may not have permission to open it, or it
may be open by another program. Permissions are not a problem.
Had this problem once before on a similar system last year, and it was
solved by this Microsoft KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/305982
Anyone scene this and have a suggestion?
