Erros 0x8002108 and 0x8002109

I am getting the following error messages when I try to send and receive
emails in Outlook - 0x8002108 and 0x08002109. This started shortly after
some automatic Microsoft updates.

I have:

a. reinstalled Outlook
b. cleared my browser cache and Windows Temp directory.
c. run msconfig and disabled all symantec/norton programmes.
d. Checked my email accounts against the recommended setting of my email
provider
f. run EnumProcess and it shows that I have no firewalls running at the
moment.

What else can or should I do?

Any help would be appreciated!

So, examine your update installation history, note which updates were in
stalled, and uninstall them, or use System Restore to roll back to just
before the updates were installed.
