Every New Tasks Wants to Start in the Future

All my new tasks and some existing tasks want to start in the future 11/03/22. Why would this be? My program start date is correct 10/20/21.

Could be a number of reasons.

Try this one: In File - Options - what option do you have?

Then in Project Information what's the Project start date?
