Can an excel spread sheet be exported/turned into to an access database

You can use the "get external data" feature in Access to import an excel
spreadsheet. You can even link right to the spreadsheet and use that data
in the database.

i think that there is an addin that will take your excel mess and make
a nice pretty database out of it

i thought that it was built into 2002 and 2003

look for it under addins

That is what Rick is referring. It steps you through the process when
you import Excel or any of the other supported formats.
