I am using Outlook 03 to connect to a 2000 exchange server at a different
location through a site-to-site VPN.
It was working wonderfully for a long time, then one day, it stopped working.
Outlook says its connected to the server, but then I get the pop up window
that says that it's trying to connect to the server.
Here's the tricky part. All the other computers here are in the same
configuration (outlook 2003 to connect to the same 2000 exchange server over
a site-to-site VPN) and mine is the only one not working. Wait - gets more
tricky. When I don't go through the site-to-site VPN, (so I'm on location
with the exchange server) - Outlook works fine.
It also works fine with the other profiles I have set up through outlook.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled outlook many times now. I have
'repaired' outlook. I have rebooted the exchange server (it sees me trying
to come in and out by the way).
I have rebooted the switches. I have changed network cables, offices,
everything i can think of.
I have no idea what to try next. Any ideas?
