Exclusive checkboxes and calculations in Word 2010

Bernd

I am creating a form in Word 2010 which works out quite well. Now I am
trying to do some advanced things which I don't know how to start.

I have two questions in the form (actually I have a few more, but
let's keep the example easy); both of them have two checkboxes for
"yes" and "no" assigned; each answer has a value assigned, say 2 for
"yes" to question 1, 7 for "no" to question 1, 3 for "yes" to question
2 and 4 for "no" to question 2. These values should be summed up. So
if you answer "yes" to question 1 (2 points) and "yes" to question 2
(3 points), you would get 5 points

Now I want to do the following things:
1. Make the "yes"/"no" exclusive per question, ie. if you answer
"yes", "no" will be unchecked and the other way around.
2. Automatically sum up the points and display them at a place (text
field?) later in the document.

Can you help me with one or both of these questions?
Bernd
