Export Mail Folder with Subfolders

Our company has eliminated the use of .pst files, and implemented a mazimum
size for a mailbox. I have a user who has exceeded the size of his mailbox
and he wants to export one very big and very important folder. I cannot
figure out how to export this folder and get all the subfolders included.
Can anyone help?

Ask your IT people for advice, since it is their policies that prevent you
from using archives.
