I want to export sent email file to another computer. I am using Outlook 2003
Pat Willener said:Do *not* use the Export function for this! Create a new PST file, the
copy (drag-and-drop) the 'Sent Items' folder to the new Personal Folders
file. (Use right-click drag-and-drop to get a choice between Copy and Move.)
Close the new PST file and copy it to the other computer. Open it there
with Outlook (File | Open | Outlook Data File), then do with it what you
want. Do *not* use the Import function for this!

Thanks for taking the time to answer my question. Here's the problem. I
right click on the sent folder and save to my new pst folder. I need to get
it to my other laptop to sync my folders. The real issue is my laptop had to
be repaired and I used an older one, now I want to ssync the info so I can go
back to using the other laptop. I tried to email the burn the pst and no
luck. How do I sync the info. Thanks very much for youertime.
