Fax Wizard Templates

Sandra

Harold,

I want to be able to use the automated features that are
available with the fax wizard (choose a contact and the
information is automatically entered into the document)
Is there a way to have the customized fax be a selection
choice in the fax wizard and if so how do I do it

Thanks Smiles
Sandra

Hi Sandra,
It's much easier than modifying the wizard.
When you save your document it defaults to the Templates folder. When the
dialog open click on the button to create a new folder and name the folder
"Letters & Faxes". Save your template to this new folder .
Close the template and click on File New - open the Letters & Faxes folder.
your new template should be there with all the standard templates.

It confusing but the tabs that the File New dialog displays are virtual
folders until a folder with that name is actually created in the Users
templates location.
