Fill-up Data automatically

I have two tables
School (sch_id, sch_name, type, cluster, address, phone)
Teacher (tch_id, name, designation, sex, birth_date, join_date, education,
sch_id, sch_name, type, cluster)
I want when i type sch_id in Teacher table Access fill up sch_name, type,
cluster from School table automatically.
Pls help.

You already posted this question, and already received responses suggesting
you would be better off not doing this the way you are asking to do it.

If you don't like the answers you got, at least let the folks here know that
you've already rejected those, so they don't waste their (volunteer) time
giving you the same (good) answers.

Hope u r fine n well.

I'm a new user. I'm trying to post my question from 12/02/09, but it show me
error message and asked me try later. I can't understand it. I send it again
ang get error message. Next day I ty it again and it show me error message.
On that day i surfing and enter accessmonster and surprisingly found my
question on that site. I don't know how my question post there. Today
14/02/09 I try it again and get success. On other hand I enter accessmonster
and find my solution from you.

Mr. Jeff, pls don't mind. This is my first question and I can't understand.
Pls for give me. I'm always expect ur co-operation.
