Font problems with mail marge

Hi, I'm trying to utilize mail merge with a newsletter that I'm mailing out.
The delivery address is printed on the last page of the document. I'm using
Arial font for it. The majority of the document uses Arial and various forms
(bold, italics, normal), but the front page has a different font for a
special message in Gill Sans MT with brush script at the bottom. When I
utilize mail merge, I created a new publication which makes 184 copies of
itself with each copy having a different address on the last page (I carry
this file down to the copier for running). Everything looks ok on it,
however, on page 1, the font Gill Sans MT changed to TimesNewRoman. I tried
the embed option in various configurations, but it didn't work. I changed my
printer driver, but that didn't do anything either. I changed the font on
the mail address label to Gill Sans MT and it changed to TimesNewRoman when I
ran the mail merge. How can I keep this font from changing everytime I run
mail merge?

I'm using Windows XP MCE with Publisher 2003 (part of office 2003). I have
2.5 gigs of memory on a 2.3 gigahertz machine. Printer is a HP photosmart
printer. BTW, the fonts are showing up at TimesNewRoman when I view it on
the display and it reads as TimesNewRoman.

Did you use a template? Open the font schemes from the format menu, click
Styles and Formatting on the bottom of the task bar, create a new font scheme.
