footnotes in publisher

I know that I need to manually create footnotes in publisher but I need help
in doing so. I went to 'insert symbols' and I am able to choose numbers 1, 2
and 3 as a superscript but how about other numbers.

Thanks for the help

well the problem is that i only see 1, 2 and 3. I don't see a 4 or 5, etc. If
I use superscript and make the font size smaller how do I position the
footnote above the text.

Some fonts have the characters â´âµâ¶â·â¸â¹â°, others do not. If they do,
they'll be located elsewhere in the character map to the ¹²³ characters.
If they don't, use the alternative (normal) method for getting
superscripts that Don mentioned.
