Footnotes???

Adding footnotes has always been so easy in Word, that I
expected the same ease in Publisher 2003. Silly me: I
can't even figure out how to insert a footnote in Pub.
The help menu doesn;t seem to answer the question either.
Help! Thanks!

Edit > Edit Story in Word to create footnotes for Publisher publications.
Either that or you do it manually.

Looking up Footnote in the help file returns a whopping zero relavent
matches here.

IME the footnotes don't re-import with the text when you close Word.
Either that or you do it manually.

That's the only way I've succeeded. But it ain't that hard.
