I have designed a form in Outlook 2007 and published it to my personal forms
folder. When I email the form to anyone, all they see is the message window
but none of the custom fields that I built. I have followed the directions in
the tutorial, and when I open the form to send it out...everything looks OK.
Can anyone advise me why the custom fields are not displaying and what
actions to take?
