Formatting

I have a couple questions about formatting a form in Access 2003.

Is there a way to change the actual form to portrait layout instead of
landscape layout (In Form View), and not just when I look at the Page Setup
for printing purposes? Or do I just need to adjust the spacing so the
objects fit in portrait layout when I select print preview?

I am also having trouble with the form footers....once I move it to the
bottom of the page I am not able to move it after. So now it's just stuck
there and I can't move it without deleting it, but if I delete it, all my
information below it also disappears.

I have also tried copying and pasting my information to a blank form, but
there seems to be a limit and Access does not permit me to put all the info
on one form. (Even though I have all of this on one form already; its just
that this footer is in the way)

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks,
Nicole

A form is not in any particular layout (portrait or landscape). A form can
be any size and shape (basically). You should not print a form, you print a
report. If you are concerned with how your data lays out on paper, worry
about the report, not the form.

I think that will resolve your other issues as well.

Maybe I should mention that I am creating a database for nurses and I need to
be able to print out the form so they can fill it in on the paper first and
then into the database. I am not concerned with making a report because I
have no data yet.

I am still having problems removing the form footer without deleting my work
underneath it and if I leave it there, the info does not show up in form view
and I cannot retrieve it without going back to design view. Can anyone help?

Thanks
Nicole
