fractions in Publisher

Help! How can I make fractions straight up and down , rather than slanted? I
can do it in word, but won't copy to Publisher.

Brilliant! Thank you!
That worked easily...but now how would I use it in the middle of text? As in
'use 1/2 of the mix' and change the font to match the text.
