Front End MDE trouble

Hello

I have split my database and converted a copy of my front end into an mde
file from mdb. i have had another work colleague put a copy of this mde file
into their fard drive as suggested but now there are some controls in the
forms which are showing up with Name# errors. Why is that?
And the close window control button also shows an error when being using,
but, the tables in the back end are still being updated regardless of the
errors. Why do my expressions in my forms not work in the front ends anymore.
But only on other PC's. the exact same files work completely fine on my PC.

Where is it going wrong and how can I fix this?

Version incompability - You're using a different Access Service Pack (or one
of your referenced libraries has a different version)
