Getting rid of paragraph symbol

Hi,

I have a user who has Office XP. She is using outlook
with the MS Word editor. Every time she types a note she
get a paragraph symbol when typing. How can I eliminate
this?

Click the button on the toolbar that has a paragraph symbol on it.

In Word, click Tools>Options>Vew and uncheck the "Paragraph makrs" box.
