MS Project 2002 Standard is being used without Project Server. The
Global.mpt is on a shared drive and MS Project is pointed to the
shared drive. The user created a new export map and copied the map to
Global.mpt with the Organizer and then closed MS Project. Upon
closing the following message occurred (or something close to this):
Global.mpt is read only and will not be saved.
Now any time any changes are made, such as defining a holiday in the
standard calendar, this same message occurs. And, of course, no
changes are made to Global.mpt. Properties on Global.mpt do not show
the file as read-only.
Please help!
