Gluing Shapes event...

Hi,
I have a circle shape where arrow/shapes should be allowed to go from that
direction but not to end to. In other words I want to let lines shapes to be
glued which do not have arrow in the gluing point.

How can I do that ?

Any tip greatly appreciated.
