I have am a issues with a user for the last few days and I cant seem to
resolve it and I thought maybe you have heard this or seen this.
I have a user with Office 2003 pro and his email has been flawless until
Monday when you open up outlook and see your messages and some emails have
attachments. If you randomly choose a email with an attachment you can open
it, but if you close it the rest of the attachments in your inbox are now
greyed out. The only way to clear this out is to close outlook and re open
outlook but again you only get to choose one attachment.
I ran Symantec on it nothing, I also ran spybot search and destroy nothing.
I googled it and it comes up with Outlook express issues, I am using outlook
2003.
