Hello,
I have a client running Outlook 2007. They have many many messages in
their inbox. If I click on the from column it sorts and groups by from.
It lists quite a few but doesn't seem to have the all of the messages for a
given person. If I ungroup I can see other messages from that person.
E.g. John Doe - sent his last e-mail on 02/20/08 - but I only see messages
from 04/03/04 to 12/24/07 - I believe they had one on 12/28/07 as well as
many in between but those aren't showing up when I group by from. I reset
all current view etc but it still occurs.
