Has anyone set up Access to produce annual school reports?

I want to use Access so that the teachers of a school can (concurrently) type
subject-based student reports (say up to 250 words) at various times during a
school year. At the end of the year a printed report would be produced to
send home to parents.

Fine; what problem are you having doing so? What is currently in your
database? Anything?
