I have MS suite. Disk 4 is damaged and I can't use pubisher. Does anyone

Which version of Office is this? Did it come with your computer or did you
buy it from a retailer?

I cannot remember an Office suite that had four disks. If it did the fourth disk
has to be a media disk and Publisher doesn't need it.

I didn't think any did but I figured I'd ask, just in case.

What is the full name and version number
of this program?

Try cleaning the disk with warm water and
mild soap...rinse well...dry with a soft cloth...
wiping from center to edge...not in circles.

If cleaning fails...try copying the disk and
install from the copy.

Or...maybe you can order a replacement
disk from MS:

Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware

If MS cannot provide replacement disks...
eBay is a good source for out of date
software.

I have Office 2000 Premium of four disks. However, disk 4 is Photodraw disk
2. Publisher is on disc 2.

If PhotoDraw is on disk 4, why does that prevent you from using Publisher?

Also, John suggested contacting Microsoft. Unfortunately they will not be
able to help you because you have Office 2000. That ship sailed ages ago.

Didn't Home Publisher have four disks? I wonder if the OP is trying to access a
project from disk four...

====================================
I'm not sure if there was a four disk version...
HP2000 had three disks and the Suite version
had two extra disks with Picture It! 2000 on them.
