Hide column labels on print

I have large projects to print. I generally end up taping the pieces
together to make up the whole plan. To do this I also cut the headers off the
pages to make the project look better.

Is there a way to tell Project (2007) to hide column headers when printing,
or better... to hide all column headers for pages other than the top pages of
the final plan?

Bg,
The only way I know of to do what you want is to use a plotter and print
vertically. The other option is to do exactly what you are doing -
print, cut, tape. It's a bit crude but if you don't have a plotter...

Hi Bg,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

There are a limited number of settings you can change. Ckeck out the
File/Print Preview/Page Setup. You can cut the margins to a minimum, reduce
the number of columns shown, remove headers and footers, put the legend on a
separate page, and remove borders. This is designed to print out a
mosiac-type of report, but you can't remove the timescale at the top of each
page.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
