HIGHLIGHTING CERTAIN RECORDS

Has access figured out how to highlight or bold only certain records of a
table or query. Or how to change font style, size or colour of certain
records of a table or query?

Not in a table or query, no. If you are concerned with the way the items
look, you should be in a form or a report. With rare exception, users
should not work in the tables or the queries. Forms and reports are better
interfaces.

In a form or report, you can use conditional formatting. There's
nothing like it for plain datasheets, though.

Thank you I didn't think so but you never know if someone discovers something
that would be useful!!!!
