How can I add stationary without setting a default stationary

This is driving me nuts. Each time I want to use a different stationary, I
have to go in throught all that and set it as a default. I like the way it
works in Outlook Express..open a new email and click and choose a
stationary...pooof......

Is there a way or an add on that can put it on the tool bar?

Start on the Actions menu -- Actions | New Mail Message Using
