The Custom arrangement dialog *looks* like it will let you specify multiple
sort columns, but it doesn't actually work. I found the tip about doing a
multi-level sort by clicking the first column heading, then shift-clicking
add'l headings. That does exactly what I want, but only for as long as that
folder is open; if I switch folders and return, it only remembers the primary
sort.
