how can i check email when traveling (via the web)?

i am new to outlook and want to check email from internet cafes or public
computers....how can i do this?

via a direct login to your ISP if they provide a Web interface to email.
Many do! Check with your provider.
If using Exchange you can use Outlook Web Access - see your Admin.
