How can I restore deleted mail

I recently permanently deleted all of my folders, because they were attached
to my delete bin and I thought that I was only deleting my deleted items, but
instead I deleted ever folder in my mailbox. Is there any way that I can
undelete the info in my folders?

It is possible, I managed to delete one of my folders too. Look at
Tools>Recover Deleted Items is it available?
Our desktop support people talked me through what to do if it wasn't
available but I can't remember what I did - are there any techies out there
who know what to do?
