How change font size of To, CC, BCC buttons and address book entri

I have new laptop - first time with widescreen. I had to go to maximum listed
resolution (1680x1050) to get full screen without black bars top/bottom.

Of course, all icons/fonts then looked very small. Fixed this generally by
using Appearance/Large Fonts in Windows and similar in Outlook but I can't
resize the fonts in To, CC, BCC buttons and address book entries.

Please help - thanks !
