How do I add or enable trusted location?

Hi

I like to find out how to add or enable trusted location because it is not
found under tools, trusted center. Thanks in advance.

In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, Security tab. High-light Trusted
Sites, click the Sites button.

When you add a trusted site, clear "Require server verification (https:) for all
sites in this zone." Then type the site address, click add.
