How do I auto fill from a existing calcuations

Is there a way to have a set calcuation for a topic that automatically fills
in when you choose the topic? I'm trying to figure FTE's required.

Could you explain the nature of the calculation and the nature of the
udnerlying data?

You can certainly put calculated fields in a Query or on a Form; they
should *NOT* be stored in a table, however. Post back with some more
details if you wish.
