How do I auto forward a colleagues emails to my inbox?

My colleague receives a lot of queries to his personal address, which I can
help him handle, but which takes a lot of effort and time to forward
individually. Is there a way i can make sure that any email addressed to him,
comes to me as well?

No, not on your side, but he can add a rule to forward messages that meet
certain conditions.

Sure.

As Roady told, you will have to create rules on his outlook so that any
email coming with this adress A in the recipients tab is forward to adress B.

This will forward all the messages to B.
