Hello All;
In the previous versions of Outlook (Office 2000 at least), I used to be
able to call a specified task file, saved in outlook through the following
address.
outlook:\\Tasks\Gym.msg
Anyone know what the new protocol is, or is this a discontinued feature?
Additionally, I also used to be able to access the windows folders through
shortcuts and alike. Any ideas there?
Thanx
EC
Ps: For those of interest, the call to an outlook folder still works. Simply
type in any address bar, shortcut or create a hyperlink option...
outlook:\\tasks\
The benifit of this is, you can launch a form (from a word instruction
manual, lets say), while keeping the finished file saved within outlook for
later query.
