How do I change the address path in outlook

I setup a new user in xp. The address path in outlook is still looking at
the old user path. With the new user, outlook will not let add the new path.

the pst-file is @ c:\documents and settings\administrator\local
settings\application data\microsoft\outlook. My new user is "officeuser".
when i log on to officeuser, outlook will not open. the path still is
administrator. If this does not make sense, I'll try again

It appears you did not create the new user correctly.

Yes, I think that might be part of my problem. I set the new user up also as
administrator. Now I have 2 user that are administrator and I'm not sure how
to delete one.
