How do I configure Office 2003 for HughesNet?

I am having trouble configuring Outlook 2003 for HughesNet. Once I try to
verify, it asks for my password again and again. I know my password is
correct, because I can log on to the HughesNet site. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated

YOu need to check with hughes.net - you pay them for their service so they should be happy to give you your money's worth.
