How do I eliminate the Start-Up Options set in Tools/Start-Up?

I inadvertently selected options in the Tools/Start-Up screen which now
prohibit me from accessing the toolbar to reset the Start-Up options. How do
I fix this?

Hold down the shift key while you're opening the database. That will bypass
any start up options (unless you explicitly created a database property
named AllowBypassKey and set it to False)

Press the <SHIFT> key and open the database. Continue holding the <SHIFT>
key until the database is completely open. You should be able to access the
built-in menu bar and toolbars now and reset whatever you want.
