how do i erase hundreds of copies of a document?

I mistakenly hit a key and now have hundreds of copies of several documents.
When I try to erase, more copies are made. I tried deleting the entire
documents box. help!

I'm afraid you're asking in the wrong place, and you're certainly asking in
the wrong way. This newsgroup is for questions about the database software
Microsoft Access, not for general Windows questions.

Without knowing where you're seeing these documents, what "key" you hit, what
application software you're using (if any), or how you're trying to erase the
documents, nobody can help you. We're not there and we can't see your screen!

Please scroll down the list of subject areas and post your question - with
more details of what you've done and what you're seeing - in a newsgroup for
your version of Windows. When you do, bear in mind that (in Windows at least)
there is no such thing as "a documents box" - you'll need to explain WHAT it
is that you're trying to delete!
