After adding new names to the junk email list, I am unable to organize to
move them to the junk email folder. I repeatedly get the following message:
'The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the error
persists, restart Outlook.' The problem is that restarting Outlook does not
resolve the issue. I am at as loss as to what to do.
