How do I forward a copy of an email received in one email account to another
email address using rules in Outlook [Microsoft Office], so the email stays
in the inbox of the original email account/address ?

thanks

You already answered yourself; by using rules. Where do you get stuck?

In the rules options it says to "forward" the email to another email address.
Does this leave a copy of the email in the original email account in outlook
and forwards a copy of the email as per the rule or does it forward the email
to the other email address without leaving a copy in the orginal email
account ? hope this makes sense

thanks

It leaves a copy or otherwise it would be a redirect ;-)
