How do I get OneNote on my pda?

I bought a Palm Tungsten E2 and I keep hearing that OneNote can go on my pda.
I am new to all of this. It took me a week to figure out how to get adobe
and everything else on there. So if you can help, please give detailed idiot
proof directions.

Is the Palm Tungsten E2 a windows based OS or Palm OS? If it is a Palm OS I
do not believe OneNote will work.

I would have to say it is a Palm OS. O well, it was super cheap and it beeps
when I am supposed to do something. Thank you for your help!
