how do i import old emails created on outlook express into outlook

I have Oultook express version 4 and version 5 email backed up on a single CD
rom and would like to import these into Outlook Express . Using the import
feature and specifying location of file as D:\ system says : no messages
can be foun don this folder "

Can you help?
