How do I install Word on Netbook with no optical drive

I have the original CD-ROM for Office XP. How do I install MS Word from this
CD to a netbook computer with no optical drive?

Copy the CD to flash memory from a PC that does have a CD drive and install
from flash memory.

Many possibilities...

1. Attach the netbook through wifi to a computer that does have an optical
drive, and share the drive.

2. Buy or borrow a USB external optical drive. (Installing Office is
probably not the only use you'll find for it.)

3. On a computer that has an optical drive, copy the entire contents of the
CD onto a USB stick. Then plug the stick into the netbook and install from
there.

4. Sell the netbook and buy a slim/light laptop with an optical drive
(probably not realistic, but possible...).
