How do I manually enter data in Visio 2003 org chart shape

I am setting up an org chart for employees in our service. I have entered the
executive shapes I need and now want to manually enter the position data for
each type of employee in the each of the executive shapes.

I can enter all the data I need below the Executive name line, but it
disappears when I leave the Executive shape. Am I restricted to only saving
data on the Name/Title lines in the Executive shape ?

Office Helper

Select the Executive Shape, go to Organizational Chart | Options. Choose the
Fields tab. Check the additional fields you would like (1 field per line).
