How do I not lose public folders in favorites folders when exiti.

I'm using Outlook 2003. Whenever I exit the program I lose two folders from
my Favorite Folders list. They are public folders that I've first placed in
Favorites in public folders, then placed in My Favorite Folders.
It's a hassle because each time I close out of Outlook I have to go back to
the public folders, place them in Favorites, then add them back up to My
Favorite Folders list.

Appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.
